Presenter Bio:

Shannon Taylor, SHRM-CP is the Members and Community Director for SHRM. She brings in-depth expertise and a passion for designing and implementing top of funnel best in class talent acquisition programs.  As you create and build your outbound sourcing strategy you need to identify groups, communities and channels that produce results and track metrics.
