    About the Presenter:
    Patti Vecera is an attorney with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and works from the firm’s Anchorage office. She partners with employers to analyze workplace issues, develop practical strategies, and resolve complex employment matters so organizations can stay focused on running their business.

    With extensive experience responding to employment claims and agency charges, Patti provides practical, efficient guidance and quickly gets to the heart of workplace challenges. She advises employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including policies, agreements, compliance with federal and state laws, and navigating complex workplace situations.

    Patti also defends employers in matters involving breach of contract, wrongful discharge, harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour claims. She regularly conducts and oversees workplace investigations and represents clients in collective bargaining negotiations and grievance arbitrations, including appearances before the National Labor Relations Board and the Alaska Labor Relations Agency.
