    David Wright is the founder of Alaska Team Builders, LLC, bringing over 20 years of experience in leadership training, professional development, and team-building facilitation. His diverse background spans non-profits, the military, and now business ownership, giving him unique insight into what makes teams thrive. David has led hundreds of talks, workshops, and training events, engaging audiences in both small and large settings. His expertise helps organizations across Alaska enhance team cohesion, collaboration, communication and commitment – four cornerstones of high-performing teams. Driven by a passion for professional development, he launched Alaska Team Builders in 2024 to equip te4ams and leaders with relevant and practical tools for long-term success. David is deeply committed to strengthening local workplaces and communities. He serves as a Major in the Alaska Army National Guard and lives in Fairbanks with his wife and their teenage children.
